Gantheaume Point - Dinosaur Prints

May 13, 2013

Our last day in Broome we had the good fortune of going to see the dinosaur prints. Located at Gantheaume Point these prints can only be seen at certain times of the month when the tide is low enough. Be careful on the rocks here as they are very slippery. You can check when the prints are available in the local tourism magazine. It has the tide times for 2 months in each issue.

These prints are plaster castes of those located on the rocks. They are at the top of the cliff, incase you don't have the opportunity to climb down.

After climbing down the rocks, we went searching for the real deal. We only found two, but they were still interesting to see!

Finally, while we were there, we enjoyed watching the sunset over the beautiful rocks.
